I am a lazy person who aspires to cook simple, awesome, healthy food at home.

Have you noticed that most cooking blogs are written by people who are actually good at cooking? I am not a particularly skilled cook. I get easily overwhelmed by intricate recipes, and I don’t have the time or patience to do a lot of prep work or clean a lot of dishes. But I want to make things that are delicious and good for me. I want to eat fewer processed foods and more local, organic, and healthy ones.

I’m trying to find, adapt, and create recipes that balance the importance of using healthy, nutritious, eco-friendly, and sustainable ingredients with my desire to spend as little time, effort, and money as possible.
